MADISON, WISC
An estimated 70 to 100 thousand demonstrators converged on the state capitol building in Madison, Wisc. on February 26, 2011 for the 13th straight day to protest the Budget Repair bill proposed by Wisconsin’s new Republican Governor Scott Walker. The bill, if passed, would restrict collective bargaining for most government workers.
